WHAT DOES THE PROCESS LOOK LIKE?

This process is simple and can be personalized for your comfort.

Use our self-guided questionnaire to identify the areas where help and support are most needed.

This questionnaire is designed to give you a space in which you can express your thoughts, feelings, and concerns and to help identify the most pressing needs and pressures in your life. Once you have completed the form, a member of our team will begin advocating on your behalf to local agencies and providers, then send you a personalized list of resources and solutions. They will then remain at your disposal for any help or support that is needed as you process your unintended pregnancy.

* All advocacy is done anonymously. Any information you share with us will be kept confidential and only disclosed at your request or with your permission, unless otherwise required by law.

WHAT IS THE GOAL?

Our goal is to be in your corner from discovery to decision and beyond—working to connect you to the resources, services, and people that you need most.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • All our services are available free of cost.

  • Our advocates are available to meet offsite in your local community or to speak via phone or video call. You can also take advantage of our pregnancy decision questionnaire from the comfort of your home—no appointment required!

  • Viable Options can work with local providers to secure transportation on your behalf to a local agency, medical office, or another safe and confidential space in your local community.

  • The goal of every appointment is to relieve stress and pressure in your life and to connect you to the help and resources that you need. At the first appointment, you will be free to share at your own pace and on your own terms how you are feeling about the pregnancy and what you are most concerned about.

Our team will then work on your behalf to identify and secure solutions within the local community for all your most pressing needs. They will also remain at your disposal to help with anything needed—from conversations between you and your loved ones to filling out paperwork at appointments.

  • Our service to you doesn’t end with your decision. As long as needed, we will remain at your disposal and in your corner for any assistance or advocacy that you may need as you walk out your chosen course.

Whether it be help with connecting to medical care, financial support, communication with loved ones, or simply a safe environment to process your feelings and needs, we are here for you.

  • Medical care is one of the primary needs that we work to coordinate through advocacy. For any medical needs that you have, we will help to get you connected to professional medical providers in our area and will remain available to provide advocacy and emotional support as you receive care.

  • If at any point you would like to be connected to a professional counselor or trauma specialist, our team will help you find a provider with whom you feel comfortable and will remain available to provide any support needed as you seek care.

  • The support of loved ones is important when walking through something like an unintended pregnancy, but seeking this support in a vulnerable situation can often be challenging.

If you need to process with someone before confiding in others, would like a safe place in which to have conversations with loved ones, or would prefer to have a third party present as you do so, our team is available to help with mediation as you communicate your needs to your core community.
